Think Precision Healthcare Ltd is committed to conducting its activities lawfully and ethically.
We encourage individuals to raise concerns where they reasonably believe that wrongdoing, unethical conduct or serious malpractice has occurred or may occur in connection with the company's activities.
Concerns raised in good faith will be taken seriously and considered fairly and appropriately.
This policy applies to employees, directors, contractors, consultants and others working for or on behalf of Think Precision Healthcare.
The company also provides a route through which clients, suppliers, delivery partners and other external parties may raise concerns about suspected unethical employment or other serious wrongdoing connected with Think Precision Healthcare or its supply chain.
Concerns may include suspected:
This policy is intended for concerns about wrongdoing or matters of wider public or organisational interest. Individual employment grievances will normally be considered through the appropriate employment arrangements.
Concerns should normally be raised with the Founder & CEO.
They may be raised verbally or in writing. Individuals are encouraged to provide sufficient information to enable the concern to be understood and considered, although they are not expected to prove the matter before raising it.
External parties may contact Think Precision Healthcare directly to report suspected unethical employment practices or other wrongdoing connected with the company's activities or supply chain.
Concerns will be handled sensitively and, as far as reasonably possible, confidentially.
The identity of an individual raising a concern will not be disclosed unnecessarily. There may, however, be circumstances in which disclosure is required by law or is necessary for the concern to be investigated appropriately.
Anonymous concerns may be considered, although anonymity can sometimes limit the company's ability to investigate or respond.
Think Precision Healthcare will not tolerate retaliation or detrimental treatment against an individual because they have raised a concern in good faith or provided information in connection with a concern.
Knowingly making a false or malicious allegation is not protected by this policy.
Concerns will be considered proportionately according to their nature and seriousness.
This may include seeking further information, reviewing relevant records, obtaining independent advice, raising concerns with a supplier or delivery partner, or referring the matter to an appropriate regulatory, professional or law-enforcement body.
Where appropriate and possible, the person raising the concern will be informed that the matter has been considered and of any relevant outcome, subject to confidentiality and legal requirements.
Nothing in this policy prevents an individual from raising a concern with an appropriate external body where they reasonably consider this necessary.
This may be appropriate where the concern relates to the Founder & CEO, where raising it internally would not be appropriate, or where the matter falls within the responsibilities of a regulator, law-enforcement body or other prescribed organisation.
Individuals considering making a protected disclosure may wish to obtain independent advice about the protections available under whistleblowing law and the appropriate body to which a concern should be reported.
Responsibility for this policy rests with the Founder & CEO.
A record of concerns raised and action taken will be maintained where appropriate, subject to confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
This policy will be reviewed annually, or earlier where there is a material change in the company's operations or relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
