Ethical Employment and Modern Slavery Statement 2026

Think Precision Healthcare Limited is committed to conducting its business ethically and responsibly and to respecting fair employment practices throughout its operations and supply relationships.

Think Precision Healthcare is a UK-based specialist healthcare consultancy. Our operations and supply chain are currently small and predominantly comprise professional services and routine business services.

We do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, unlawful blacklisting or other serious exploitative employment practices.

We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to ethical employment and supplier due diligence, reflecting the nature and scale of our activities and the risks associated with individual supplier and delivery relationships.

These principles apply across Think Precision Healthcare's operations and supply relationships throughout the UK and will be implemented in accordance with relevant national procurement, fair work and ethical employment requirements.

Where Think Precision Healthcare works internationally, we will apply the same core principles and take account of relevant local legal requirements and the ethical and employment risks associated with the country, sector and supply chain.

In Wales, Think Precision Healthcare has signed up to the Welsh Government Code of Practice on Ethical Employment in Supply Chains and maintains appropriate governance arrangements to support fair work, ethical employment and responsible procurement.

We will review our operations and supply relationships as the business develops and will take appropriate action where credible ethical-employment concerns are identified.

This statement has been approved by the Founder & CEO of Think Precision Healthcare Limited.

Annual Statement 2025-26

Modern Slavery & Trafficking Statement

This annual statement supplements our Modern Slavery Policy and sets out the steps taken during the financial year and our plans for further action. It is published voluntarily.

Our organisation and supply chains

Think Precision Healthcare Limited is a small, founder-led health innovation advisory and consultancy business. Our supply chains principally comprise professional services, digital services, travel and accommodation, and associates engaged to support delivery.

We are committed to preventing slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation within our organisation and supply chains. Our approach is proportionate to the size and nature of our business, recognising that risks may arise within suppliers’ own supply chains.

Steps taken during the financial year

During this financial year, purchasing and decisions to engage external support were overseen directly by the Founder and Director.

We did not undertake formal supplier audits or a structured modern slavery assessment during this period. We recognise the value of introducing a simple, documented review of supplier risks as the business develops.

Subsequent action and plans for the coming year

Since the end of the reporting period, we have published our Modern Slavery Policy alongside our wider suite of business policies.

During the coming financial year, we will:

  • Maintain a simple record of suppliers and associates.
  • Consider modern slavery risks when selecting suppliers and engaging associates, taking account of the services provided and countries involved.
  • Review published supplier modern slavery statements where available and seek further information where concerns arise.
  • Record any concerns and the action taken.

Any suspected exploitation will be referred to the Director for assessment and appropriate action, including reporting to relevant authorities where necessary.

We will review progress and publish an updated statement annually.
