Think Precision Healthcare Limited is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions from its UK operations by 2050 at the latest.

This is Think Precision Healthcare Limited's first Carbon Reduction Plan and first organisational greenhouse gas emissions assessment. The company's first completed accounting period, from 4 October 2024 to 31 October 2025, has therefore been adopted as its baseline reporting period.

Think Precision Healthcare is a small professional services business and has no separate business premises or separately metered business energy consumption. During the baseline period it had no company-owned or leased vehicles and no employees commuting to a company workplace.

The only identified reportable emissions during the baseline period arose from business travel. This comprised 1,850 business miles in a privately owned vehicle.

Business travel emissions have been calculated using UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors. As the first accounting period spans a short period in 2024 and the majority of 2025, and mileage records do not disaggregate mileage between the two calendar years, the 2025 Government conversion factor has been applied consistently to the recorded mileage.

The baseline period is Think Precision Healthcare Limited's first and latest completed reporting period. It therefore represents both the company's initial baseline and its latest completed organisational emissions assessment.

The next full reporting period ends on 31 October 2026. Emissions for that period will be calculated following the financial year end and reported in the next annual update to this Carbon Reduction Plan.

Think Precision Healthcare Limited operates with a very low absolute emissions footprint. Its objective is to minimise avoidable greenhouse gas emissions as the business develops, while maintaining the quality and effectiveness of its work.

Given the small baseline footprint, the company does not consider a short-term percentage reduction target to be a meaningful measure. A single necessary client journey could materially change annual emissions without indicating deterioration in the company's underlying environmental performance.

Think Precision Healthcare will instead:

• maintain its commitment to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions from its UK operations by 2050 at the latest;
• seek to minimise avoidable emissions from business travel;
• review and report its organisational emissions annually;
• monitor changes in its operating model that could create new material emissions sources; and
• develop more specific interim reduction targets where the scale and nature of its emissions make these meaningful and measurable.

Think Precision Healthcare has established an Environmental Policy Statement and incorporated environmental considerations into its business governance.

Measures in place include:

• operating principally through home-based, remote and digital working;
•  using virtual meetings where these provide an effective alternative to travel;
• avoiding unnecessary business journeys;
• combining meetings and activities where practical to reduce travel;
•  considering lower-emission travel options where practical and appropriate;
• minimising paper use and unnecessary consumption of physical resources;
• considering environmental impact in purchasing decisions;
• considering the environmental practices of suppliers and delivery partners where relevant; and
• reviewing environmental performance and opportunities for improvement as part of annual business planning.

  Think Precision Healthcare will:

• continue to challenge the need for business travel before journeys are undertaken;
• use rail and public transport in preference to car or air travel where practical and appropriate;
• consider emissions when planning business travel and seek opportunities to consolidate journeys;
• maintain appropriate records to support annual greenhouse gas reporting;
• review the emissions implications of any future premises, employees, vehicles or material change in operating model;
• consider environmental performance when selecting significant suppliers and delivery partners; and
• review whether additional reduction measures or more specific quantitative targets are appropriate as the company's emissions profile develops.

These measures will apply in the performance of contracts undertaken by Think Precision Healthcare.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 006 and the associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Standard, using appropriate UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been considered in accordance with the applicable reporting requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions has been assessed in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and approved by the Founder & CEO of Think Precision Healthcare Limited.
