Think Precision Healthcare Ltd is committed to fair, ethical and responsible employment practices.
We recognise that fair work supports individual wellbeing, organisational effectiveness and the responsible delivery of services. These principles apply to our own employment practices and, where relevant and proportionate, to the organisations and individuals with whom we work.
Think Precision Healthcare supports fair pay and is committed to the principles of the real Living Wage.
Employment and contractual arrangements will reflect the genuine nature of the relationship and work being undertaken. The company will not knowingly use false self-employment, inappropriate zero-hours arrangements or other contractual mechanisms for the purpose of avoiding employment rights or responsibilities.
Think Precision Healthcare respects the right of employees and workers to join, or not to join, a trade union and to participate in lawful collective representation.
No individual will be disadvantaged because of lawful trade union membership or activity.
Think Precision Healthcare will not knowingly engage suppliers or delivery partners that use unlawful blacklisting in relation to trade union membership or activity.
Where Think Precision Healthcare engages suppliers, contractors or delivery partners, consideration will be given to ethical employment practices where relevant to the nature, scale and risk of the engagement.
The company will not knowingly work with organisations using forced labour, modern slavery, human trafficking, unlawful discrimination, blacklisting or other serious exploitative employment practices.
Where proportionate to the nature and risk of the relationship, Think Precision Healthcare will communicate its expectations regarding ethical employment to suppliers and delivery partners and may seek appropriate assurance about their employment and supply-chain practices.
The company will take a risk-based and proportionate approach to supplier due diligence, recognising that the level of assurance appropriate to a supplier will depend upon factors including the nature of the goods or services, the employment model, geography, supply-chain complexity and identified ethical-employment risks.
Concerns about unethical employment practices will be considered seriously and appropriate action taken where necessary.
The Founder & CEO is designated as Think Precision Healthcare's Anti-Slavery and Ethical Employment Champion and has responsibility for promoting and overseeing the company's commitments to fair work, ethical employment and responsible supply chains.
This includes oversight of relevant policies, training, supplier due diligence and the consideration of concerns relating to unethical employment practices.
Responsibility for this policy rests with the Founder & CEO.
The policy will be applied proportionately to the size and operating model of Think Precision Healthcare and reviewed as the company develops, including where it begins employing staff or materially expands its use of contractors or suppliers.
This policy will be reviewed annually, or earlier where there is a material change in the company's operations or relevant requirements.
